We are writers, painters, knitters, quilters, sketchers, photographers, sculptors, potters, cut-and-pasters, story-tellers, dreamers, thinkers, believers, survivors, and everything in between.
The Pandora Arts Collective Society (PACS) is a non-profit society run mostly by members, participants, and volunteers. We are an alternative option for those who would normally fall through the cracks.
We would like to invite anyone interested in pursuing a happier state of mind to join us, bring your art or just your self, and enjoy a few hours of creating art together.
In mythology, Pandora opened a dreadful box and yet, what remained inside the box was hope. We hope--and make our efforts count in the details.
Our motto, "That which creates itself cannot be destroyed," echoes the empowering effect that creating art in a group setting has in building confidence and self-esteem in the participant.

When we support each other we support our art.
We conduct ourselves in a manner that reflects the deep respect we have for those we encounter in this space.
We leave the world at the door and our more serious challenges in the hands of our therapists.
We are strong as long as we participate together as a group.
We leave gossip, coarse language, and other destructive methods of communication to those less enlightened.
Each of us is entitled to feel safe while we do art.
We like an art space with minimal distractions.
We have developed this code by consensus.
We wish you peace in your own creative journey.
