Started as Trainee Commis-II and worked in various departments of the main kitchen – Gardemanger, Soups and Continental, Indian kitchen and room service which catered to large banquets, International conferences and other satellite kitchens. Worked Buffets, ala carte and table d’hote menus.

Worked two years in CASA MEDICI, one of the best Italian Cuisine restaurants in New Delhi. The kitchen also catered to Chambers Executive Club serving Italian, Continental, Chinese and Indian delicacies.
