Plymouth AAR 'Cuda Parts For Sale

Getting ready to list on Ebay a 340 six pack assembly I've had since 1991. I received 2 complete intakes and a 340 TA motor in trade. I sold the motor complete with a manifold setup. I took the other set up and bead blasted the intake and sent the carbs to holley for rebuilding. All three carbs were dicromated and throttle plates were tumbled and rebuilt. Carb numbers are 4789 date code 0500, 4792 date code 2870, 4790 date code 0500. The carbs look new. The intake was painted factory orange and has the mopar part number between the front carb and center carb. The plate is still riveted under the intake. The fuel line and linkage was missing from the setup. Bought from Kohler Dodge in 1991 the linkage kit. fuel lines, 6 pack air cleaner, throttle cable with return spring and bracket, coil bracket. Intake has never been bolted to anything since rebuild. Carbs never had fuel in them since rebuild. Setup has sat in my climate controlled shop. A setup similar to mine just sold on ebay for $1876. It was original but the carbs were untouched and the air cleaner was also aftermarket. I'm asking $2200 or best offer, located in Oswego IL. Chicago area. For sale 340 TA with bare TA heads, block has 2 sleeves fiitted in 1983, block is 20 over with 4 bolt billet angle caps installed. Needs to be freshened up, strong runner has 292h comp cam with lifters all good shape. Heads have never been touched they are mint. Ser# still on block, needs one piston and could be running again. SOLD - AAR For Sale, FY1 Lemon Twist, rottiserie resto done 3 years ago with 98000 original miles on it. The only thing not matching on the drive train is the tranny. The options are as follows. Automatic, 3.55 rear end, 340 6 pack, has the light package which includes fender mounted turn signals and map light, it has an "am 8 track", a rear defroster, rally dash, the rear spoiler and the front eyebrows, a space saver tire, a vinyl top, and all in near mint shape. I bought the car at the Barrett Jackson auction last year and other than going to several car shows this past summer it has remained in my garage in San Diego Ca. I have the original rally rims and the proper bias ply tires that also go with the car, and for shows i have the battery that came with these cars. $42,000. 04/02/07

Body has 3,244.0 miles on it. Car is an overall #2 condition, if not High #2. Paint is very good with minimal flaws. Everything on the car has been redone/replaced and is 98% correct. Currently the car is a mint running and driving car with the following components. 1972 340 block, balanced rotating assembly, Keith Black pistons, Crane roller rockers, port and polished X-heads, rebuilt original 6-pack carbs, Hooker Super Comp Headers, new engine wiring harness, MSD 6AL electronic ignition, ARP fasteners used for engine assembly. The engine Dyno’ed at 402 HP at 5900 RPM’s on pump gas. The car has a 3:55 rear, original dash tags, new carpet, new door panels, new upolistry, mint rally gauges, mint dash, 15X7’s, beautiful older paint, perfect grille, Keisler 5-speed gearbox. SOLD - Plymouth AAR 'Cuda ENGINE..... The engine is from the manifold to the pan but it has a Moroso deep pan on it. It has 13/1 Manly pistons and the pistons have valve reliefs cut in them because the original race cam was a Racer Brown cam with 630 lift and 310 duration. It has the original stock rods but they been smoothed and shot peind and re-balanced also block and rods have been magnafluxed and cleaned. Engine is painted red. Engine has never been blown up. The bearings are standard. The crank has not been cut at all. The heads are the original T/A heads and the ports have been smoothed and gasket matched. It has the 202/160 valves. I have the Edelbrock trip manifold, but I have 440 carburetors. It has a 555-competition cam, and competition lifters. I have the original rocker arms for the engine and I also have Mopar roller rockers, chrome shafts, and aluminum hold downs that are brand new for T/A heads. I don't have the original air cleaner, exhaust manifolds, or oil pan. Neither do I have the original cam. The engine had sixteen thousand miles before the work was done to it. If I don't sell the engine by spring, then I'm going to put smaller pistons in it and put it in my Cuda. $6,000 or best offers. I will consider trades. 00/12/28
