LED lightsaber #6

As originally constructed:

This is my #6 LED lightsaber.  The blade is lit with a 3-watt true cyan LED powered by 6AA nimh rechargeables, through Corbin's 3-watt LED driver board.  I also installed a Master Replicas Luke ROTJ sound module, speaker, and pommel.  The sound board is powered by 2 AA nimh rechargeables.  The LED and sound are on their own switches, so I do not always have to have the sound on.

After some modifications:

The Corbin LED driver and it's seperate power supply and both switches were removed.  The MR Luke sound board now powers both the sound and the LED, from a power supply of 4xAA.   A new push-button latching switch has been installed.  Also note the heavy pommel modifications: solid brass bars cut and shaped and set into cut-outs in the MR Luke pommel.
